Halloween Photography

A dark chest sits tucked in the corner, the key in its ornate lock tempting you to uncover its secrets. Within, you find a mess of broken relics from bygone days. Among them is a tattered album, its pages adorned with the memories of Halloweens past.

Decorated with autumn flowers and fallen leaves, this graveyard stands quiet and forgotten. A lonely figure stands grieving outside a sealed mausoleum. A black-cloaked figure with a horse skull head sits patiently in a chair. A collection of arcane vials, an autumn wreath, a skull, and a pmpkin lantern. My Halloween photography is inspired primarily by my childhood love for the holiday. When composing a still life of seasonal decorations, I aim to capture the feelings I had as a child every October 31st.
